The Pittsburgh Basketball Club 2011 All America Showcase will be held October 8, 2011 at Ambridge High School at the legendary Ambridge Field House. Registration will begin at 8 AM with Camp beginning at 9 AM

PLEASE NOTE- A recent NCAA legislation proposal prohibits the holding of showcase "non-scholastic team" type events being held at Division I campuses. The final legislation is not clear and at this time Robert Morris cannot allow this event to be held at the Sewall Center as in previous years.

The event is designed to provide Western PA college basketball prospects the opportunity to display their skills in both a camp and game environment. The event is staffed by some of the area's top High School Basketball Coaches and all players are given ample instruction and plenty of opportunity to establish himself as a prospect!

College coaches may attend this event as governed by the NCAA. In 2010, over 45 coaches from through out the Tri-State area attended this event. Dozens of college scholarship offers were derived from evaluations that took place at this event.

In addition to college scouts (again as governed by the NCAA), evaluators from area AAU clubs, All Star game representatives as well as Shoe company camp representatives will be on hand to evaluate the talent on hand for possible invitations to the elite shoe company camps held every July. The event is limited to a maximum of 64 players. High School and AAU coaches' recommendations are encouraged.

The 2010 Showcase SOLD OUT. We recommend your taking advantage of the early registration process. Players, regardless of class who consider themselves a collegiate basketball prospect should be in attendance at this event.

Each player will receive:

• Reversible mesh jersey

• Skills Combine as coached by area's top HS coaches (These sessions are highly attended by college coaches)

• Lunch

• Game action designed to highlight your skills against Man to Man and Zone defenses

The entry fee for the shootout is only $ 100.00 for early registration through September 28, 2011. Registration after this date and at the door will be $125.00
